TRACE — Free IP Lookup, Privacy Audit & Network Diagnostic Tool (no signup, no tracker)
What every website, your ISP and the network already know about you — instantly, in your browser
TRACE is a free, no-signup, browser-native privacy and network diagnostic created by Zigmoon. It runs entirely in your browser and reveals, in real time, the data that any third party can already collect about you when you simply open a web page: your public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, your geolocation pinned on a live OpenStreetMap, your ISP and Autonomous System Number (ASN), your reverse DNS (PTR), your local network IPs leaked via WebRTC, your full browser fingerprint (canvas, audio, fonts, GPU, screen, hardware concurrency, device memory), VPN / Tor / hosting heuristics, DNS records resolved over DNS-over-HTTPS, latency probes to major cloud datacenters (Cloudflare, Google, AWS, Azure, OVH, GitHub, 1.1.1.1), a live download / upload speed test using the Cloudflare endpoint, your client hints, your sec-fetch context, your hardware capabilities and even your live behaviour on the page (mouse moves, clicks, keystrokes, scroll distance, dwell time, idle, focus, fullscreen, visibility, GPS, motion sensors, microphone level, gamepads).
Nothing is uploaded. Nothing is logged. There is no backend. TRACE is a static HTML page, served as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA), with a day / night theme, an offline-capable service worker shell, and a one-click JSON export of the full report. It is the open, transparent counterpart to commercial "what is my IP" / "browser fingerprint" sites — without ads, without tracking, without an account.
Use cases
Check what your IP looks like to the world (after enabling a VPN, Tor or proxy)
Detect WebRTC IP leaks behind a VPN
Audit your browser fingerprint uniqueness
Verify DNS, MX, NS, TXT/SPF records of any domain you visit
Test latency from your location to major cloud regions
Run a quick speed test without installing anything
Inspect what permissions, sensors, APIs your browser exposes
Teach privacy / OPSEC to a non-technical audience visually
FAQ
What is TRACE?
TRACE is a free in-browser privacy and network diagnostic. It shows you in real time what every website, your ISP and the network already know about you, with no signup and no tracker.
Does TRACE upload any of my data?
No. There is no backend. Only public IP/geo APIs, DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers, the Cloudflare speed-test endpoint and OpenStreetMap tiles are contacted — directly from your browser.
Is TRACE free?
Yes — fully free, no signup, no ads, no premium tier, installable as a PWA.
Can TRACE detect a VPN or Tor?
It applies a heuristic on the ISP / ASN / org returned by public IP APIs. It is a hint, not a forensic verdict.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome 94+, Edge 94+, Firefox 100+, Safari 16+, Opera 80+.
Is TRACE GDPR friendly?
Yes by design — no analytics, no cookies for tracking, no third-party tracker, no advertising.
TRACE is part of the Zigmoon collection — a suite of zero-knowledge, browser-native applications: CAMERRA (multi-camera studio), CUTTHEFLOW (4K video editor), AUDIO (audio studio), PREZ (presentation editor), SUPERPRINT (creative typography), PDFZ (PDF tools), VIZION (computer vision), and many more.

Lower = closer / faster. Geographic hint about your route.
Why this exists. Everything you see here is what any website you visit, your ISP/FAI or any device on your network can already read about you, in real time, without asking. TRACE runs entirely in your browser — no data is logged, no account is created, no tracker is loaded. The IP geolocation comes from the public APIs ipapi.co and ipwho.is, the speed test downloads a chunk from speed.cloudflare.com, the map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Refresh the page to get a fresh snapshot.
